  1. It's windows xp upgrade, comes with SP3


  2. To me it looks like Windows XP Pro which includes Service Pack 3.

    Um... Maybe the term upgrade refers to upgrade from XP Standard.

    What's the price?

    It's highly unlikely that they would sell SP3 seeing as it's free to download LEGALLY.
