Is this worth changing jobs for?

My boss is a very nice lady but her boyfriend is a n**i. He is one of the most rude, obnoxious and racist people I have ever met. I never want to have to go to a staff party where he will be there again. Do you think I should start looking for another job soon, or plan to get conveniently ill?

but if he is rude tell your boss why you are angry and uncomfortable an if she doesnt do anything about it leave that place

i would report it to the ceo or owner on how uncomfortable it is making you feel.

she needs to hide her dude somewhere nothave him out in the open.
