I am entering my last year in high school and I am extremely nervous. I know my grades will affect which college or university I go to so I need to be really careful and study hard. The problem is, to stay calm, I m********e a lot. And I mean A LOT, 3-4 times a day. I literally shake before a test in summer school and when my first grade 12 test comes, i'm going to get nervous again. is it normal to m********e all the time to relieve stress and anxiety?
