Ok, so I think that I am going through puberty, but I havent gotten my period yet. Lately I have been having these sexual fantasys, and a NEED for s*x. I just want to do it, whether with myself or some1 else. Its like a craving. I dont want to have it but I always do. Is this wrong? Am I just a creep or perv or something?? Pls be serious I dont know what to think right now!!!

Don't worry. It's just your hormones acting up. You might be getting your period soon, because most women get these cravings in the days preceding their period.

You are compleatly normal :) The feelings you are having are a result of the hormones. I remember trying to imagine what it would feel like to have s*x. Keep in mind in todays society you would be much better exploring yourself and get to know your body before you go out and have s*x with someone else. That and you don't want to catch anything from someone. Trust me its well worth it. s*x should be a fun and comfortable experience. You are young so there will be plenty of time for that.
