i know el nino happens in December, and it occurs every 4 years.

is it going to happen this year?

  1. it doesnt happen in only decembers...  and it doesnt happen every 4 years.

    This year is unlikely to be an el nino year, I think the last year was 2005, and I think we are in la nina right now.
