Is this youtube copyright infringement?

Question

if u were to collect images from google (or some search engine) and use them to make a music video with a song from limewire (or something) and u post it on youtube. Is that copyright infringement? (the music video is made by u though)

It would be only if the images you are going to copy are copyrighted!!!

If you are looking for images which you can use with out any copyright infringement then instead of searching them on google you can look at this site www.sxc.hu

The song is a copyrighted song, so yes it is an infringement.
