  1. why's this under water and no, thats just making yourself look like an idiot at the gym.


  2. I would assume there is some excercise value, but it seems dangerous and not very productive.  Why not ask a personal trainer, or read  a workout magazine to get some routines that you know are productive and the exact results/impact they have on your body?
