That would be very deadly.

CO2 is needed for plant growth.  Plants use CO2 to create oxygen for us. Without CO2, all the plants would die, then we'd have no oxygen and we'd die.

As you can see, CO2 is absolutely necessary for life on earth!

The problem is, we have too much CO2 and too few plants.  People keep killing forests.  In the United States most places have laws that if they harvest a forest, they must replant it.  This helps greatly.

But the BIGGEST source of plants in the world is the Rain Forests in the tropical areas.  But down there, peoople are harvesting these areas and are NOT replanting.  Also, people are cutting the trees to make room for fields for food plants, and for more cities and towns.  Cities and towns produce more CO2, but no more plants.

The correct solution is not to REMOVE the CO2, but to reduce it, AND to plant more trees and grasses wherever possible.
