Much like that. What gives one (or more) members the authority to rule other users on this forum?

  1. yes

  2. i got slated last week for even suggesting there was a clique on current events

its inevitable that some people will feel superior to others as they have imaginary friends on here

  3. Yes, apparently it is okay for them to break the rules though, just not the rest of us.

  4. hi katkat that the question in that link is deleted...... but regarding community guidelines, it is against..ie. to threaten other users.....

  5. It most certainly is.

  6. Yes, and you were reported. It's also against the rules to call out another user and call them names. Are you going to block me too? I guess the last asker couldn't handle the truth I handed out.

  7. It is against the rules. What was the question in the link?

  8. Yes.

I was just composing a similar question.

  9. It sure is!!!  Bullying is bad anywhere.

Kat the link Q has been deleted.

  10. The Question has been deleted. But it against the guidelines of any internet community to threaten other users.

  11. Kat the link has been deleted so i don't know what Ti's about, can you fill us in please Hun, hope you doing OK.

  12. There are suppposed to be community guidelines which users accept as a form of self policing, and they choose to use this site as opposed to one with moderators.  Our individual power to report abuse means that there can be some malicious reporting, but most of us welcome being treated as adults and knowing that our answers and comments can go up on the screen as soon as we type them without having to wait for a few hours to be vetted by a moderator.  Some decisions may seem tough sometimes, but we either accept them or we don't.  Unfortunately your question seems to have been deleted so you may not get much feedback from here about what actually happened, but it's usually better not to give up.

  13. Absolutely it is against the 'guidelines' to issue threats towards another member.

The authority that you speak of comes from an overinflated sense of their own importance ........ plus 20 or so other accounts to work with!

  14. Yes it is.  But according to these types threatening us like that is far less offensive than chatty questions.  I'm off to report for the first time in ages
