Is ti dangerous to take 15 mg of xanax (alprozolam) and 5 mg of hydrocodone with 500 mg of acetapminophen?

Spread out throughout the day but all within about 530 pm and the last i took was the hydrocodone a hour or so ago

15 mg of xanax is way too much for an entire day! Holy c**p, i only take one 1 mg tablet every few hours...if needed. 15 mg during the day will make you knocked out....or just very out of it. Plus hydrocodone...no way!

I doubt a doctor would prescribe you that much xanax. You are over medicating yourself by far.

yes, combined they can affect breathing-it killed ledger.  Is it 15mg or xanax or 1.5mg or xanax?  You will probably be fine-but if it is difficult to breath-call 911 now.  Try not to do it again-talk to your pharmacist about the risks and how much you can take together if you need to.

why?

xanax is a benzodiazepine for sleeping sedation anxiety

hydrocodone/apap is for pain and will make you sleepy

together they act synergistically to suppress respiration and consciousness, you don't need both just to get rest, and xanax does  nothing for pain other than put you out

don't play with fire unless you want to get burnt

yes, xanax make opiates more intense. why take 15 xanax anyway. 4 will do the jonb with a joint... get me some xanax!
