Why or why not? And what is meant by good Behaviour?

The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

  1. No, they should face re-election like every other political office.  That would make sure they represent their constituency as long as they value their job.

  2. It's good that they stay their for life because if they ended at every precidency, we would have our laws changed every like 4 years. This is the best way so that different presidents get a couple judges in.

  3. The law should not be changed with the wind. High crimes and misdemeanors is the opposite of good behavior.
