  2. I guess it could be called such. I still think of it as a donut place, as that's what they started out with, but over time it expanded to include lunch menu things like sandwiches, soups, bagels and chili. And they serve it fast, at the counter. No one takes it to your table, and you pay first, so I think it's basically a fast food restaurant.

  3. Yes, I consider Tim Horton's a Fast Food restaurant.  In my area, they have a very large Drive-Thru business.

They can give you food fast so i guess they are.  They started off as a donut and coffee shop but then slowly expanded with other foods but still they don't have burgers and fries or anything like that.  Calling tim hortons a fast food place is the same as calling dunkin donuts a fast food place.  I don't think they fit in that category really.

  5. Well, it could be...but it's more like coffee shop (just like dunkin' donuts).
