  1. It could be possible of time travel to the future if there is something which is faster than the speed of light but it is not possible to travel to the past as time is always constant moving

    Time is constant and continuing, but you cannot reverse it.  

  3. I know speical relativity very well.

    I have not been able to get my chops up in general relativity yet so this is a half assed answer.

    In special relativity you can slow down time, but you can not go back in time unless you are able to go a speed that when pluged into 1/(1-v^2/300000000^2)^(1/2) equals a negative number.
