Is tobey maguire returning for spiderman 4 or not?

Can't they just end it? They already killed off James Francos character and the third one was awful! Seriously I where did their half a billion dollar budget GO?!

Haven't we all suffered enough from that god-awful Spidey 3.

I doubt it.  But after witnessing his 'performance' in Spiderman 3, I consider that a blessing.

It was sheer, excruciating agony watching that jazz scene.  I don't ever want to have to sit through that again.

If the director come back to make the fourth installment, so will Tobey Maguire and the usual cast so keep an eye on which director is signed on during the pre-production phase.

P.S. I'm pretty confident he's coming back though.
