I run an import and export business between Egypt and Germany. I've been trying to call the factory in Germany today but no one is responding which never happened before. Is today a holiday? What is it? Thank you

i think it is because my pen pal has no school today or tom. i'm not sure what though.

Yes today is the Bankholiday Pfingstmontag as we call it in germany.

Ask next time when your in contact to the factory if there are other Bankholidays they are doing ´cause not every german state will do the same Holidays.
