  1. yes. ur skin will not turn orange like a carrot but its possible that it may turn a bit. as for seeing better, no. carrots contain beta-carotene.

"The body converts beta-carotene to vitamin A, and extreme vitamin A deficiency can cause blindness. However, only a small amount... is necessary for good vision. If you're not deficient in vitamin A, your vision won't improve no matter how many carrots you eat.

In fact, the ingestion of excess vitamin A can cause toxicity, which can include symptoms such as yellow-orange coloring of the skin, hair loss, weight loss, fatigue and headache."

  2. Allegedly, back during World War II Britain, you could tell which guys were pilots of night fighters because of their yellow-orange skin brought on by eating large amounts of carrots and drinking carrot juice in an effort to improve night vision.

  3. By definition, 'too much' of anything is bad.  Assuming you mean 8 oz. glasses and the mixes are about 50/50, you're not likely to turn orange any time soon.  More than that, and you could be asking for trouble.

Yes, you can turn orange from too many carrots or too much carrot juice; but it usually only happens when people are taking huge doses of concentrated supplements.

  4. It's not bad.

Your skin may indeed turn orange.

You will not, by the way, get poisoned by too much vitamin A, because the nutrient in carrots is a different chemical form.

  5. As long as it's naturally squeezed, that's ok.

  6. nothing will happen trust me
