  4. Top Ramen is terrible anyways. It has No nutritional value, and it turns into sugar once it is digested. It will turn into bubbles on the back of your butt over time. PLus, MSG is severely toxic to your system

  5. Sure is, it's nothing but sodium and junk.

    It's bad everything food, workout food, diet food, swimsuit food etc.

    Don't eat that stuff much or you will gain weight and be unhealthy.
