Is training for acting always nesecary????

Hey guys I am 13 yrs old, i live in toronto, canada, ONT.

Acting is my true true passion, i also like to sing/act as well!!

Acting is something i will never give up, its a promise to myself.

I am soon starting my career for acting...and soon getting an agency, i wanted to ask if you have experience but no training will you be successful in the acting industry?? Oh yeah 4got to mention, in 2-3 yrs i am planning to go to LA for disney channel acting.

For disney also do you always need training??

I've heard some actors on disney havent such as demi lovato.

Please help me out guys, Disney channel is the goal of my life, i want to start in canada first and then go to LA.

most likely it is.  Occasionally some one with natural ability and the right look will become an actor without training., it is unlikely you will succeed in LA as it is horribly expensive and overcrowded with would be actors. Just how do you propose to go to LA at 15 or 16? Find a more realistic goal and oh, yeah, you better do a lot of acting between then and now, school plays will be fine.  If you get good roles and do them well, you might have talent, if you stink at it, you can become a plumber and have steady employment.
