You can put the trampoline wherever you want, but you must think of the safety of the users.

On concrete the trampoline is going to move unless you secure it, and it will be a very painful landing for anyone that falls off.

i am not sure cause when your on it it could move!! try putting sand bags around the legs of it. or you could sement the leg onto the concrete!!

I'd imagine is moving and also if you don't have a net, it would be more dangerous if you fall.

They can be as a last resort, but better not, because it could skid on concrete if you jum on one side too hard, plus youre sanding the bottoms of the legs on the concrete and if you fall off you're stuffed, so conclusion:

if you have grass, put it on that, if not put it  on concrete but get a safety net for it and use it!

No they should be very quiet. You can put them anywhere you want to . However you may want to consider the safety aspects.
