Is transit visa required in dubai?

Im travelling from USA to India. the US visa stamp in my passport has expired. my flight is via Dubai. can anybody let me know if i need a transit visa for dubai.

Well that honestly depends, if you have a connecting flight within 24 hours, then no. They usually let you stay in the airport. But if you want to leave the airport then definently yes. Hope that helped :-)
