Is trash pick up resuming in jacksonville florida on sat 8/23?

because of fay, our trash obviously couldnt get picked up on its normal day (thursday). on thursday mayor peyton said trash pick up would resume saturday, picking up for folks who missed out on thrusday and friday. but the storm is still lingering...is it still true that thursday and friday people are getting trash picked up on saturday?
