  2. yes. it's low-impact exercise, and it's a good method for injured people in therapy to stay in shape/get better, along with aqua-jogging (just "running" laps in the pool)

    Of course it works for non-injured people as well!

    espessially "egg beaters".

    its rough and burns the thighs. lol

  4. Def.. when I was in the navy I was  a search and rescue swimmer and that was somthing we did alot in training and it got me tired like exercise would hehe
