  1. It depends. I have heard that they are re-vamping Trix like they did Rice Chex. I am not sure how far along in the process they are.

    General Mills is usually very good about marking their products and they are taking steps to even make sure their products are protected from cross contamination. Personally, I would just check the box. Trix is not something I would ever consume, celiac or not, so I honestly do not know.

    I looked at a list of there ingredients, and I would personally say no to Trix due to WHEAT STARCH listed in the ingredients of the cereal.

    In the UK, modified wheat starch is usually considered gf, just like wheat sugar. Would I EVER let those two products past my lips? NO.

    Does the US consider them gf? NO

    The General Mills website does not indicate their gluten status one way or the other. If they are in transition making this gluten free, then check each box you buy, if you get an old box, you may get glutened.
