well im doing it for a intro to agg class project i dont realy like this class

  1. Its the same Supply and demand situation, bring it in and move it out, wether its agriculture, building or whatever, trucking is vital


  2. trucking is an integral part of agriculture.  most farmers these days own their own semis with various trailers and it also generates additional revenue in the off season.  you cant haul todays harvest with a tractor and wagons like we used to.  You should enjoy your ag class, it could be the most important class you ever take.  there are hundreds of careers in agriculture.

    Yes, trucking is, you must get farm products from the farm to the consumers.

  4. Hauling livestock, agricultural products, and agricultural waste may be a part of ag, but you would have to be specific when doing your project!

DUH! Suck it up and do your OWN homework, and be a little more thankful that someone put you in this very practical class full of life skills.

  6. Yes Grain is trucked in hopper bottom trailers. Cattle are hauled in double deck trailers . Everything from water to manure is trucked.

    Trucking locally is more common a rail service becomes more cecntralized.
