No he is not autistic.  He is very strange though.

If autism was a mental disorder that caused the afflicted to develop unnaturally fast and amazing guitar skills, he would most definitely be autistic.

But such as it is, I would not consider him autistic.  And he's so secretive that it'd be hard to find out for sure.
