Is tthere any charity organisation called International Welfare and Care Agency?

Some contacted me claiming to be working for this organisation as a social worker. He later demanded my passport details together with that of my family as well as some money to process the visa. Fortunately my insticts told me no. I contacted the US state department and even up to now the people they referred me to have not yet answered me about the existence of this organisation.
