  2. Its funny you asked.  I just finished looking at Unwrapped on the Food Network.  Tuna is cooked right after its caught.  Then frozen and sent for packing in cans.

  3. It's cooked. If it wasn't, you couldn't eat it right out of the can.

  10. Not a weird question.  We see fresh tuna steaks  avaialble in our local stores.  They are great for grilling.  The tuna in a can has been canned and cooked.

    Tuna in a can is cooked.  Which is why it lasts so long...  Now, Sushi - that's raw!  :)
