i heard that it was coming out earlier in the US

does that mean it'll come out earlier in australia too

i hope it is cuz i cant wait till january

In movie news it says that it has been moved earlier in Australia too and is now coming to theaters on December 11th.

The Twilight Movie release date has been changed due to the Harry Potter movie now being released in America's Summer rather than Thanksgiving. Twilight is being released earlier as there is a spot in the Cinemas for it.

The Twilight Movie is now being released on December 11, 2008

Also, I believe the Australian Premier for the movie will be on Melbourne. (I am not entirely sure about this so don't hold me on it)
