Question:

Is unhealthy that most of the food i eat is cereal?

i only like cereal though. and peanut butter on toasted bread.

  1. You probably need more than what just cereal alone is providing for you, but it depends on at least two things.

    What kind of cereal are you eating? If the answer is Fruit Loops, Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bobs or Fruity Pebbles, then 'Yes' you need to eat more nutritional foods.  

    The other thing is your daily caloric output?  Even if you are a cushion spud, you need more than Fruit Loops, but your body isn't being hurt as badly by a poor diet if you aren't overly exerting yourself.

    Peanut butter has protein in it, but it is also high in fat...Quick source of energy though if you need it when you grab the remote!!..LOL

    In summary, yes you should be trying different foods.  Go eat a steak and baked potato..they are both good for you, but watch the butter and sour cream.


  2. yes...most cereals are highly processed and contain little usable nutrients to the body.  pretty much any food stuff that easily dissolves in the mouth is unhealthy as it's nothing but simple sugars.

  3. yeah. you also need to eat protein, fruits, and veggies

  4. You really need to get some variety in your diet and try other types of food

  5. it is not unhealthy to eat cereal all the time only is it has a box that says whole grain on the front of the box
