  1. E. Coli is only one of several reasons for UTI and mostly to rid yourself totally of this type of infection is to be vigilant and keep battling the odds.

Bacteria is the enemy army and all of your defences need to be fighting, so:

 Go to the loo frequently

     Emptying the bladder completely

 Wipe from front to back using a fresh cloth for each wipe

 Wash your hands and under your nails really thoroughly

     Stop using detergents

     Boil all your flannels

     Don’t wear knickers for a while

 Wear long skirts instead of jeans

 Drink copious amounts of cranberry juice

 Buy some live yogurt and put it on to cool the area

     Boil all your water

 Get the water supply checked out ASAP by an environmental health officer

 Get the chemist to give you an on the spot diabetes check (phone ahead first)

 Get a clean sieve under your arris to check your pee for kidney stones on every visit to the loo

 If the pain persists ask to have an x-ray to rule them out

 Call for the doctor if his prescription isn’t working and get a new one

 and in terrible pain call for an ambulance

  2. Have you asked your doctor these questions?  If not, why not?  If you have, ask again . . . your doctor must be able to give you some idea what is involved and what the treatments/prognosis are.

  4. If you are so worried then why don't you go to the doc and get it checked? if you think it may affect your fertility then it is a matter of urgency. don't wait any longer. go and get it checked!

  5. A urinary tract infection can lead to a much more widespread infection.  Your UTI (pyelonephritis) can be treated with antibiotics,  if you visit a clinic or your doctor, they can prescribe a method of treatment.  Once it is treated, pregnancy should not be a problem.  If you are pregnant and have a UTI, treatment is still better than allowing it to potentially develop into a bigger problem.

  6. Oh, yes it is!  I suggest you look at the answer with the long list above me.  A UTI should get treated with antibiotics right way.  If left untreated, you can get a serious kidney infection which can cause irreversible damage.  Good luck.

  7. do pranayam. it can cure any disease.. no need to take any medicine. just read on it. you have nothing to lose. check these websites for more info..
