Paypal is safe. You just have to be sure the website is safe and the seller has a good track record. If you are dealing with a seller that has a history of complaints or a bad website, there is no safety no matter how you do it.

That's the safest way because they don't get any of your information.  like credit card info they just get your email address and maybe your house address so they can send it

I prefer credit card but a friend of mine used paypal on Liefde-Chance.  Worked out just fine.

Yes, on most websites. I'd read and check for terms and conditions. if the TAC are crappy, I wouldn't, but if they're really long, I'd sya it's pretty safe. It's not paypal though, just the website. Paypal's safe.
