Question:

Is using your mind to think about stuff lazy ?

I lie in bed alot of times just THINKING - planning and imagining out the details of the tasks I have to do. I like to think of it as programming myself but I do it in bed.

Although it looks like I'm lying down and doing nothing - I'm actually using my mind and focusing on what I have to do. And when it comes to performing the tasks - I'm almost on autopilot

Is lying down and thinking still work ?

  1. No, thinking is not lazy at all. When you're thinking about stuff your brain is at work even if you are laying down.

  2. yes it is work - and i like your style!

  3. I don't think that's lazy. I just think you've found a brainstorming and focus method that works for you.

  4. What the h**l else are you going to use to think about stuff?

  5. If you're using your mind in a way to "program" yourself, it's not exactly "lazy". Because once you plan out your day, and you do those tasks better, then in the end, it was a good thing that you were lying in bed thinking. What I'm trying to say is, that if thinking in bed helps you to do your jobs better, then it's a good thing.
