when it is sunny in winter it is darn cold.  We do not care if there is sunshine because the rain makes it green.  If you want winter sunshine go to cities that have nothing green...sw usa is a good place to find sun.

Vancouver and Seattle are very similar but Vancouver is somewhat wetter and colder in winter than Seattle. It gets a little more snow in an average winter. To make more exact comparisons, go to
