included, but ensure they are wholly and exclusively for business use if you try to recover the vat

VAT will be included but generally you will be blocked from reclaiming any VAT incurred as it would be seen as 'Entertainment' rather than a necessary business expense.  You could take the chance and reclaim it but if you were subject to a VAT audit then you would have to repay it with interest included from the date you reclaimed it back.  Generally, items like match tickets, corporate boxes, business lunches/dinners are seen as Entertainment and are irrecoverable from a VAT perspective.
