  1. isn't it just noodles, I guess it could be fattening

  2. BAD- - ??

How would that be possible,,, vegetables in broth and corn starch..???? don't eat all the noodles...

  3. A lot of Chinese restaurants use trans fats so be careful. They will put it on the menu if they use vegetable oil and that is ok.....not great....just ok once in a while.

  4. Depends on how you would prepare it!  Nutrition Facts:  Calories 17 per serving.  Total Fat:  0%  Saturated Fat 0%.  Cholesterol 0mg.  Sodium 541.75mg  23%.  protein 0.58g  1%

  5. it has oil, and white pasta. both are short term energy givers and will not aid you at all in your diet and are major factors for gaining weight..

personal advice: counting calories is no way to live. and even if you decide to...then once every two weeks treat yourself out for a a job well done. it will motivate you to keep going.

  6. depends, if you buy it in a regular chinese restraunt it is usually ok on fats and oils but not as much as some other things in the restraunt.

homemade will give you alot less calories and fats

    heres a recipe     http://www.grouprecipes.com/s/vegetable-...

  7. Depends on what your diet is and what the Lo Mein is cooked in! I know sometimes that stuff can be REALLY greasy.

  8. As long if is vegetables its good for u unless that vegetable has lots of fatty oil.

  9. if it is served for 4 persons in its standard quantity ..it has..

    Calories: 229

    Fat: 2.5 grams (10%)

    Protein: 7.5 grams (13%)

    Carbohydrate: 44 grams (77%)

now you can think of it ..if it is good or bad for health..

  10. depends, is it really greasy and oily vegetable lo mein? usually take out, or fast food chinese restaurants have foods with lots of oils, fats, salt, and all that jazz.

  11. it has A LOT i mean A LOT of salt in it

  12. It is usually cooked in tons of oil.  But if you are just eating it occasionally you should be ok.  You could certainly do worse than a dish that has so many veggies...

  13. Only if you can't have salt.

    It is high in sodium.

Otherwise it's just veggies and pasta( Chinese style).

  14. Not unless it has alot of sodium or msg. It also depends on which oil you use.

  15. veggies  in  lo mein  is  not  bad  for  you. the  lo mein  itself  is  very  high  in  carbohydrates  and  sodium.if  the  veggies  was  sauteed  with  animal  fats  to  have  the  good  taste  and  season  them  with  MSG , yes , it  is  the  whole  thing  bad  for  you..

  16. if yo umake it yourself and don't use tons of oil, then yes
