  1. Vinegar helps to thin your blood as it is a blood thinner so hopefully it will help to break up blood clots in your veins and arteries when you take it orally.  Apple cider vinegar is grossly superior to the plain vinegar.

    Vinegar is not a chelating agent.  Common chelating agents are amino acids and a typical example of a chelated dietary supplement is magnesium amino acid chelates.
