  1. Vizio is one of the fastest growing brands of LCD.

This is fueled by two things:

    Big Box Store Sales and

    Low Prices.

Neither of these equals (typically) highest quality.  But if bang for your buck is the goal then Vizio is sufficient.  They do not actually produce their own sets, but "private label" sets from a  supplier.  The same supplier that buids for many of the other "value" brands.

So you want super quality, you may wish to look elsewhere, but if you want a decent set at a good value, then it should fit the bill.

  2. they don't have any asc to repair these units, exchange only.

  3. In short, no.

They sell a slightly cheaper television that may offer halfway decent performance, but they essentially have no service infrastructure with questionable warranty terms and very poor-to-nonexistent post-warranty support.

Service data and parts are very difficult, if not impossible, to locate for these televisions so, when they break out of warranty, you're forced to have to buy a new one instead of getting the set repaired to preserve your investment.

For warranty service, YOU may be stuck with the bill to ship the television to the manufacturer for service or exchange.

Top-tier brands, such as Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Pioneer and so have a support infrastructure and maintain service data and a parts inventory for their products.  And, warranty terms from a top-tier brand usually offer much better provisions for relief, such as in-house service, a network of factory-certified service centers, or shipping of the set to a service center at no cost to you.

Just spend a little extra and get a set from an established Japanese manufacturer.  Namely: Sony, Panasonic, Pioneer, Toshiba, or Mitsubishi.
