Is vladimir klitsko style similiar to primo carnera?

both stand straight up both throw cheesie jabs both got glass chins both are dull klitsko has a better right than carnera but his right is still way overated klitsko covers up a little better but leaves his chin open at times

How is Klitschko overrated?  He is on nobody's p4p list, the media (and folks here) say he is the champ of a very weak division, and he gets very little credit for what he has done in the ring.

Carnera fought MUCH stiffer competition, in a much more exciting era in boxing.  Ask Ernie Schaaf how cheesie Carnera's jab is... All things being equal, if they were fighters from the same era, Carnera would destroy Klitschko.

That said, you are right about their fighting styles.  Upright and awkward.

Wladimir Klitschko has boxing ablity and talent, the divison is pretty weak right now but he is beating everyone he is supposed to beat. The heavyweights are low on talent but Wladimir Klitschko has beat everyone you put him in with so i cant really knock him becasue its not his fault the divison is weak.

I wouldnt compare him to Primo Carnera becasue from what i understand Carnera was more of a side-show act that became champion considering the fact that most of his opponets were paid to take dives. When your fighting guys that are getting paid to take dives who knows how good you really are.
