Is volleyball a good workout?

i really dont wanna lose my thighs but im really focused on my stomach !!! and my arms . im playing high school volleyball everyday after school from 3 until 5 / 5:30 . how do you think it would take too see results?

  1. i practice for about 2 and a half hours to four hours 6 days a week, and when i first started, after a season of volleyball, all of my fat had transformed into muscle.  it just depends how hard you work out and practice


  2. you can see results in just less than 1 week. I am on the volleyball team to, and with all that constant motion, it burns alot of fat. I have lost 3 pound in just one week with play volleyball. hope i helped!

  3. Volleyball isnt really a workout to increase muscle , but it is a very very good way to lost extra 'fat' but when u do u will loose it all over ur body, not just on ur stomach or arms. But if u lose some weight on your things itz ok, u acn get it back my doing exercises like squats and lunges to make then more toned and mayb even bigger(back to normal)..and btw in a a couple of weeks u WILL see results..
