  1. Nope, I would suggest eating a lot of carbohydrates for energy though! I started when I was 11 & it's the best thing that's ever happened to me! volleyball rocks

  2. Don't worry about what you weigh. You can play as much volleyball as you want. Don't go eating a ton of food afterwards either. Chances are your metabolism is quick. Also you're only 11 you still have a lot of growing to do. Technically for and eleven yr. old you are not too skinny, so don't worry.

  3. Is volleyball a great sport to play???

    Um, yeah.

Eat healthy, play volleyball, and have fun. That's my motto (not really but it's good advice).

  4. if you keep playing, you will gain muscles mass which help you gain a little weight. muscle weighs more than fat so when i say gain weight, its a good thing =]

but no. i dont think you can play too much volleyball.

  5. Eat alot of Carbs!!!

Playing is actually really healthy for you... Playing Extremely not so much...just know your limits. I played one time till my Legs felt like they were gunna come off...But essentially unless your not practising It isnt really that hardcore. Your only 11...you have plenty of Energy to Burn...go for It!:)

  6. its not bad to play as long as u gain muscles. and i suggest  u go to training. and its not bad to burn a lot of calories. why r u even worrying about calories at this age? and even if u are eat the same amount of calories u lose and u wont have a problem

  7. I was eleven too when i started volleyball. Volleyball doesn't burn  up too many calories since you have a small area to protect an only some balls are needed to run after.
