  1. Privilege no one is forced to vote. Most Americans don't vote.

  2. I believe its all 3

    vote for Hilary!!!!!!!

  3. It is a right we are all born with.

It is a duty that we must uphold!

And it is a privilege that can be revoked if one is deemed unworthy.

  4. From a legal point of view it is a right.

The state does not grant you the privilege of voting (like it grants you the privilege of driving).

It is not a duty, as it is not compulsory.

  5. It's a Privilege, should be considered a Duty and not necessarily a Right if you are a criminal and not a right unless you are a citizen.

  6. voting is a right, unfortunely too many people do not take advantage of their rights.

  7. All 3

Any one over 18 has the RIGHT to vote

It is a PRIVLEGE because I think if you comit a flenoy you can't vote

It is also a DUITY becuase the founding fathers worked hard to get us those rights.

  8. It is definitely a privilege! Think of the millions of people that have lived and died all across the centuries that have never had this privilege!

  9. All 3

    Vote Hilary Clinton

  10. yes, it's all three

    Obama '08
