  1. It's soul destroying because it's something that you cannot control - the same when your train stops for 10 minutes 1/2 mile from the station.  Similar to car drivers - blood pressure is low if there's a flood, accident etc ahead, but it's soul destroying when the phantom holdups occur on the motorway.

  2. Not really I usually find someone to talk to, but then I live in Liverpool

  3. Guess it is if you have to wait a long time, there again i drive so i don't have that problem

  4. Just chill out.   It's a lot better to wait for a bus than to sit in traffic on the freeway.  Take a book or ipod or something.

  5. NO - if the driver is rubbish (especially on my route) then the actual journey is soul destroying.

  6. Get a mode of transportation.  Waiting for someone else is never a good thing.

  7. If there's more than 30 minutes between buses (even if they're different routes that still get to the same place), public transport is S****y enough to justify getting a car, IMO.

  8. it depends where you are going..

  9. my bus picked me up at the bus stop Monday thru friday. It was there almost always on time,I did it from k- 11th grade...

still got my soul...the yellow bus,and it wasn't a short bus either...
