  1. 4 way stop sign - right of way is in order of how the cars arrived. If two cars arrive simultaneously, car on the right has right of way.

2 way stop sign - cars on the major street always have right of way, including turns.

  2. Waiting to long in the intersection is not only dangerous but it is not legal but waiting behind the line before the intersection and taking your time is not dangerous.

  3. i got the same thing on my road test. it is called impeding at a stop. you come to a complete stop at the stop sign and look for other cars coming. the car that gets to the intersection first has the right of way or the person to the right. but be careful because some people dont pay attention to right of way they just go for it make eye contact with the other driver signal your intentions.
