  1. Sometimes your blood pressure can be low when you first wake up.

If you feel like this, sit down and lower your head between your legs until the dizziness subsides.

Also, when you first get up, do it slowly. Sit up in bed first, then put your feet to the floor, then stand up.

You might be dehydrated too. Make sure you're drinking enough water.

  2. Some days I wake up and feel like that...it generally means I'm dehydrated. Try drinking more water.

  3. you could have low iron. Check with your doctor.   same thing happens to me if I forget to take an iron pill.

  4. It sounds like vertigo.  I had an attack once.  I felt really dizzy and the room wouldn't stop spinning.  I had to sleep it off.

  5. it could be an early sign of diabetes! u should go to the doctor soon and get checked.

  6. i get that sometimes, i think its due to low blood pressure, though it is quite common and not usually something to worry about. its just head rush, of getting up to fast and your body cannot adjust. but it could be indicating something else going on but most often that not its simply head rush which is not dangerous. get up slower and you shouldnt get it. if you are cocnerned or it gets worst though better just check with your docotor as it could be a sympton of something underlying but i wouldn worry yourself too much :)

  7. Oh, yes. This has happened to me.

    So try this:

Next morning, after you wake up, lay there for a little while. Then slowly get up. SLOWLY. Start out walking pretty slowly too.  Sometimes if you get up too suddenly, you get dizzy after laying there for such a long time.

Okay? If that doesnt work then you might need to go see a doctor.

    Good luck.
