i started walking today from my place to school and it took me an hour only because I speed up. I am planning to walk from my place to school for a month, 3 times a week cuz I need to lose weight and toned up. My upper legs are a bit chubby and saggy. Do you think I'd lose weight and toned my body if I follow my exercise plan?
Monday- Walk (1 and a half hour)
Tuesday- Exercise (100 sit up & 10-20 push up)
Wednesday- Walk (1 and a half hour)
Thursday- Exercise ( 50 lunges, 50 sit up & 10 push up)
Friday- Walk (1 and a half hour)
Saturday- Rest day.
Sunday- Full body Exercise ( 100 sit up, 20 push up, 50
crunches, 50 squats)
and might add up 20 mintues of bike riding as well .
Do you think if I follow this planning thing I'd lose weight and toned up within a month?
