  1. only if you are black  : )

  2. Have you been warned about doing so?  Is it posted anywhere?  is there a fence to prevent somone from doing so?  IF the answer to any of the above is "yes" then it could be considered trespassing.

  3. i think only if there is a sign that says no trespassing

  4. Probably not if you are on their sidewalk.

  5. Agree with "kerfitz"   IF AN INDIVIDUAL HAS BEEN WARNED via email AND a letter was sent to his lawyer AND the Judge who signed the Default Judgment against him AND IT CLEARLY STATES - the 'individual is NOT welcome at your home and should this individual set foot on your property the police will be called and upon arrival they will be told about the individuals 3 warrants in an adjoining state and that the individual is also a convicted felon" who has made threats via email to do bodily harm to you & your family then I would say YES then it could be considered trespassing.

  6. it could be,if enforced by the property owner.

  7. Depends on the state.....

In California, it's not considered trespassing unless it's fenced and posted - and you walk into the yard. Otherwise, the owner would have to tell you to leave the property (because you're trespassing), and give you time to leav the property. If you don't leave after being warned, you're considered to be trespassing and can be arrested.

    Calif Deputy

  8. No. But if they tell you to leave and you refuse, then it becomes trespassing.

  9. Without their consent, yes it is trespassing.

  10. Yes, but there is a posting requirement to enforce it. A sign every x number of feet depending on local laws

  11. depends what ur doing
