  1. Sad, but to be fair they shouldn't get a $470,000 bonus for the accident, if Walmart paid all the medical.

Whether Walmart needs it, has nothing to do with it.

  2. F*CK Walmart!! And the greedy corp execs at the top who allow this to happen!! Yeah, right, 'family friendly', my *ss. They really need the money, a $90 Billion a quarter company.

  3. if you are a member of the Waltons family they are family friendly

  4. There is so much wrong with this company that it will someday fill text-books written about work ethics and the fleecing of the American people.

Do you know you cannot even buy a U.S. flag at WalMart that wasn't made in China, or some other country with no laws to protect children who labor 12 hours a day in sweat shops for  pennies?

There is nothing wrong with being successful or making a profit in our consumer society.

But what you do with those billions of dollars can be very wrong.

The Walton's are one of the richest families in the world.

Yet, you never hear of them doing anything significant for anyone . . .

Unlike Bill & Melissa Gates, for example, who give so much back to society.

And don't even get me started on the thousands of pounds of fresh baked goods, roasted chickens, and pizza Sam's & Walmart COMPACT every four hours (to keep anyone from taking them out of the dumpsters and feeding their kids.)

God forbid they should go to a homeless shelter or Salvation Army or other free lunch programs . . .

Places PANERA BREAD donates all their day old products to in every city they have a restaurant.

I volunteer in those places; I know how thrilled kids are when someone donates a pretty cake or box of cookies .

There's a hard rain a gonna fall someday

And it will fall first on the greedy . . .

Who will rot as fast and as surely as the poorest of the poor they abused during their selfish, glutted lives . . .

  5. Walmart is anything but family friendly, however thanks to public pressure, they have dropped the lawsuit to recover the 487,000.00 from that unfortunate lady and her family.

Public pressure can work for the better at times.
