Interesting.  They just showed the '80s movie, Wargames, starring Matthew Broderick and Barry Corbin the other night, and that's the closing line that WOPR, the computer, uses when the wargame is over.  Did Hollywood win over another doe-eyed idealist, or did you come up with this all on your own?

  3. It's more like Chess, a game of strategy. Tic Tac Toe is for kids.

  4. Oh sure, the paper is the land, the Xs and Os are dead people and the marker is bombs and bullets. In this game, the winner gets to write sweetheart contracts for the loser's natural resources at discount prices for extended periods.

  6. With accurate play whoever moves first in tic tac toe cannot lose, only be drawn.  History is full of examples of countries starting wars and still losing, no matter what they did.
