Is warhawk a good game?

Well this game is great it has a bunch to offer like the guy mention. Remember that it a online only game but there always people on to play with. Remember that even the advance player can be killed their really isn't really a strategy to get a bunch of kill and not die. For example if your flying their missiles you can launch from ground, bazooka, even just shoot them down with a automatic machine gun. There a bunch of different strategies but you will get a kill whether your a rookie or a advance player. Like the guy mention zone is great unless your stuck with one zone area because if you stuck there your going to get kill once you respawn. It hard to get out but a smart way out of a tight area like this is to run out, which is hard but if your sneaky run out and then just hide behind anything and go get another zone area. Like I said it an awesome game but it only online but it does take stragedy I haven't played it in awhile waiting for the trophies so I can start earning and dominate on the game!!!!

Warhawk is a great game, strictly on line. You are a soldier and pick up many weapons on your travels, you can join  teams or practise by yourself. In the short it is a kill or be killed war game. Graphics are great and you need high speed internet. Could go on and on but just buy it and you will not be disappointed.

its so much fun.

I would say its a cross between Star Wars Battlefront, Mercenaries and a bucket of win.

Its an online only game set in one of 5 very different maps [+2 espansion maps]. They are:

-Eucadia: a series of mountains with villages all around.

-Archipelago: A bunch of tall spires in the middle of a vast tropical ocean.

-Ruined City: A city with tall buldings that have been partly destroyed that towers over clouds.

-Island outpost: Two foresty islands connected by bridges and covered with mountains.

-Wasteland, a long desert map with canyons and mountains.

There are 6 kinds of game, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, CTF, Collection, Hero and my personal favourite Zones.

You start out with just a soldier [whos appearance you can customise as the game progresses] on one of two teams. Eucadians or Chernovans. We dont know the backstory between the fight ecept that Chernovans look evil and the Eucadians arent. Your chartacter can pick up loads of different wepaons like rocket launchers flamethrower sniper rifles mines air strikes and so on.

You can go around these maps in 3 different vehicles [2 more in the expansions] as well as in missile and flak turrets. The vehicles are: Tanks with a second place for somone to stick their head out and fire their weapons. Theres the Jeep with an extra passenger seat and a seat for spomone to go on the Machine gun.

The last, and most important vehicle is the Warhawk [the Chernovans have different looking ones called Nemesis's but they just look different]. The warhawks are essentially jump jets, you can hover fly opr put on your afterburners for a speed boost. you can air brake by holding accelerate and decelerate and you can do all kinds of air acrobatics. The Warhawks can pick up one passenger and loads of different tyoes of weapon attatchmetnts like air mines swarm missiles  bombs to drop on soldiers and vvehicless as well as the excellent TOW missile which you can remote control.

Warhawks [like all vehicles] can be controlled with either the left stick or with the sixaxis control based on preference, i suggest you turn on motion sensing for flying but off for everything else.

Warhawk has really good expansion and patch support, there are currently two packs with a third on teh way this autumn. They give you two new maps [Omega factor a bleak rocky island with massive towers and bridges] and Vaporfield, a snow filled plains with small villages dotted around. The expansiopns also give you the APC which soldiers can spawn in and instantly be given weapons, it can also do a boost charge which breaks throw any defense and it can spawn a shield to fend of enemy attack. The other vehicle is the dropship, a massive air vehicle that can carry several soldiers as well as pick up and move around a vehicle, it also has machine gun turreets and loads of health.

You should really get this game its a lot of fun, although its been out a while so there are a lot of experienced people on it, you can join rank limited games or unranked games to get some experience. I suggest you play Zones because its more about tactics than kills and you can get loads of points.
