unfortunately, yes. its very annoying when kids come in and ask for a cup of water, then don't even bother to say thank you.... i think Starbucks should charge for water.

idk....but it would be pretty sad if they charge u for a glass of water...bottled water i can understand....but a glass of tap water????...come on people!!! just give a simple glass of water for free...

Water?! If you are talking about big BOTTLES of water no they are not. But I do believe you can get little cups for free.
